SAN DIEGO – San Diego County’s Board of Supervisors met with legal counsel behind closed doors Thursday to discuss options should the county soon find itself in a more restrictive state tier which would force some industries to close indoors.

The meeting comes just a day after the board formally requested the state remove San Diego State University and other local colleges from the county’s coronavirus case totals, a plea which was flatly rejected by Gov. Gavin Newsom.

Getting rid of Newsom doesn't solve the problem. You have to get all Democrats out of the state legislature, courts, and especially the bureaucracies. Until then this reign of terror will continue.

“The meeting comes just a day after the board formally requested the state remove San Diego State University and other local colleges from the county’s coronavirus case totals”

While Newsome is certainly extreme, the basis of the above request is downright silly.

What’s the logic to remove colleges from county totals?

If a chicken processor has to shut down because of Wuhan in their workers, should restaurants that serve chicken shut down also?

Numbnuts wants to shut down the restaurants (and others).

San Diego County has a large geographic area. It is about the size of Connecticut. Newsom’s one size fits all counties does not work. The counties in Northern California are tiny. The counties in Southern California are larger than many states. Why should businesses in northern San Diego County be forced to close down because there is a problem 70 miles away down near Tijuana?

Thank God that the Republicans have a narrow majority on the San Diego County Board of Supervisors. I pray that they win this one. Stay tuned.

Getting rid of Newsom is a good start. It’s a cannon across the bow. The remaining Dems will be ruffled.
