Durham’s work won’t see the light of day if Trump loses. If he wins there will be indictments around Dec/Jan time frame. If Durham moves sooner, it is seen as election tampering and would backfire. After the election then they got a clean runway to persecute these people for the next 4 years

I really doubt if this is true; however, it does make for good clickbait in the seemingly-never-ending saga of The Great Durham Do-Nothing.

If I were in the mode of trying to prolong things for a possible myriad of reasons (e.g, run the clock out, make more money, trigger reactions, etc.), this would be just the kind of rumor I'd drop.

One more time...Durham is a prosecutor investigating for potential crimes and indictments...he’s not writing a report for someone else to take action.

Thank you for illuminating me. Durham is a prosecutor assigned by Barr to investigate the Russia/FBI matter and any associated matters. He has the option of indicting and/or reporting the results of the investigation to Barr. This is DC. Reports, in the DC political realm, are a prosecutor’s way of punting. A report is what you will get if Trump loses despite your and my wishes otherwise.
