Good. They need to join with DiMarzio, the local Catholic bishop (NYC and Brooklyn are separarte dioceses) and file suit. The St. Thomas More Society (public interest law) has been supporting Protestants and Jews in California, and I think the local Jews and Catholics in NYC need to get in touch with them.

Filing a law suit in New York is so passe. The only way for the Orthodox to secure their rights is to riot with serious intent. That is the only action that gets the attention of the Democrats. Then you are speaking their language.

A Federal judge in PA recently struck down at least some of the Rat Governor's orders as being horrible violations of Constitutional rights. In June a Federal judge in Boston overruled an order of the Trump hating Governor of Massachusetts as a violation of 2nd Amendment rights.
Seems to me that these people should have a very good case...in a *Federal* court at least...on 1st Amendment grounds.
