To effectively do this would not all covid positives need to have a tracer implant, something that remains with the individual?

We are not being told the realities here.

CV19 may be the smartest virus in the history of mankind.

However, it can’t become an app on a smartphone and send a signal to other smartphones.

I believe that they assume that everyone has a cell phone with the app.

No it works by contact tracing and testing/ When you test positive they send you a code that you put on your phone

“Obviously, tracking COVID-19 cases is a two-way street. The governor said when someone tests positive the Department of Health will send them a password that will register them within the app. Then, other phones that have downloaded the app will be notified when they come within six feet of the infected person’s phone.”

Shady. I wonder what happens after 1o days of being a phone leper which is how long your are infectious for. I bet they make you go back and get retested and then you will have to remove yourself from the app.
No thanks
