The government has managed this COVID thing very well, solving many problems faster than ever before, starting from a bad hole dug by the prior administration, and hidden by incompetent scientists and bureaucrats in the CDC.

The idea that all the actions government took somehow were not helpful because the press mocked Trump is ludicrous.

There is zero chance any democrat governor actually acted based on what they heard Trump say — they hate him. The media lying and saying Trump was against masks probably helped get more people to wear masks than anything anybody else did.
