The Worst Choice Ever" Trump is a disaster, Joe Biden's party is democratic in name only.
Matt Taibbi - Substack ^ | November 2, 2020 | Matt Taibbi

Posted on 11/02/2020 9:40:09 AM PST by billorites

My colleagues at Rolling Stone recently endorsed Joe Biden for president:

Biden’s lived experience and expansive empathy make him not just a good, but an outstanding candidate… This is a fight between light and darkness…

Joe Biden is a corpse with hair plugs whose idea of “empathy” is to jam fingers in the sternums of people who ask the wrong questions, or call them “fat” or “full of shit,” or dare them to “try me” — and that’s if he remembers what state he’s in. Is he a better human than Donald Trump? Probably, but his mental decline has hit Lloyd Bridges-in-Hot-Shots! levels and he shares troubling characteristics with the president, beginning with a pathological struggle with truth.

Biden spent much of 2020 lying about everything from his Iraq War vote to his educational history to a fantasy about being arrested in South Africa with Nelson Mandela. The same press that killed him for this behavior in the past let it all slide this time. Same with the growing ledger of handsy-uncle incidents that had adolescent girls and campaigning politicians alike wondering why a Vice President needs to smell their hair or plant lingering kisses on their heads while cameras flash.

Biden’s entire argument for the presidency, and it’s a powerful one, is his opponent. This week’s election is not a choice between “light or darkness,” but “pretty much anything or Donald Trump,” and only in that context is this disintegrating, bilious iteration of Scranton Joe even distantly credible as a choice for the world’s most powerful office.

Taibbi can’t just go all the way. He knows Trump is better.

Taibbi is one of the few on the left who sees Biden for what he is; he especially sees through the image of Biden as a “nice” guy.

How nuanced Matt, you imbecile. Your books were rambling, pedantic, and filled with 50 cent words you don’t seem to know the meaning to. Matt’s wife is even so sick of listening to him pontificate his “I am above politics” pieties she sleeps with her personal trainer.

Cheers!

My first post about a million years ago on FR was a Matt Taibbi article on Rolling Stone regarding the way the Obama admin bailed out the banks and insurance companies. I almost got banned for it b/c of the author. But the Freepers did read it b/c it was excellent.

I don’t agree with him all the time, but sometimes he hits the mark!

"Taibbi can’t just go all the way. He knows Trump is better."

That's my take. I wouldn't be surprised if he secretly votes for Trump, if he's willing to go this far criticizing Biden in public.

Video: Senile Biden Calls Himself A ‘Grandmom’ ... Says ‘Trump is the virus’

VIDEO EXCERPTS AT LINK......................

Speaking in Philadelphia Sunday, Joe Biden described himself as a ‘grandmom’ and declared that he was wearing an Eagles jacket, when everyone could see it was a Delaware Blue Hens jacket.

At one of his monster rallies in front of literally tens of people, Biden pointed to his granddaughter and stated “I am Finnigan Biden’s grandmom.”

President grandmom? No thanks.

Earlier in the day, Biden attempted to court the support of literally tens more people by declaring “I was very happy to have the moniker of being Pennsylvania’s third senator. I married a Philly girl, by the way.”

“And I’ve got my Eagles jacket on,” Biden said, pointing to the Delaware Blue Hens jacket he was wearing:

He’s not.

It’s a Delaware Blue Hens jacket.

Joe Biden, in Philadelphia, declared that was he was wearing the jacket of the hometown Eagles.

Elsewhere during Biden’s speech he cheaply referred to President Trump as ‘the virus’.

“To beat the virus, we got to beat Donald Trump,” Biden unnecessarily shouted to the ten people in attendance, adding “He’s the virus.”

Biden made the ‘surprise’ campaign stops after the Washington Post reported Sunday that Democrats are worried that Pennsylvania is seeing a “potential late shift” to Trump.

The report noted that after weeks of touting mail in voting, Democrats are now worried about ‘problems’ with the system.

Biden’s previous comments about ‘transitioning’ from the oil and gas industry, which have been heavily criticized by Trump during his rallies, also have Democrats concerned.

Of course, the fact that leftists burned down Philadelphia for a week and Biden said virtually nothing has also been a contributing factor, with the paper noting that Democrats have ‘cringed’ at the unfolding of events.

During one of four rallies Sunday, Trump told a crowd in Michigan that he believes anyone burning the US flag should be jailed:

This idea that Trump is the most awfulest human being ever is just very weird to me. They think that just “anybody” would be better. So senile ol’ Joe the Groper is as good as anyone else. As long as he’s “not Trump”.

Since C’mon-man has been campaigning the living daylights out of Pennsylvania, perhaps Pennsylvanians are now starting to have a ‘hey wait a minute’ moment.

I went to the big (huge!) 9/12 event that Beck put on in DC in 08(?). I saw Taibbi there and I said to him ‘what do you think...50? 100? how many are here?’ LOL He laughed too. It was the big joke of the left, and still is, about the crowd size of any conservative gathering.
