I’m not sure it would matter if some do go over 100%. I think several went over 100% in 2018 but couldn’t see that DOJ followed up...

My best estimate two days before the election is Trump 324 electoral votes Biden 214. The Des Moines Register poll showing Trump winning Iowa 48-41 and the Democracy Institute Poll showing Trump winning popular vote by 1 and swing states by 5 convinced me this will not be close.
No, you have 3 days to count them-period.
If lots of people who haven’t voted in the last 2 elections vote in person the fraud machine will be more difficult to start up.
There are seven Republican counties that will not start counting until Wednesday. Expect them to take their time so that Rats are not able to product fraudulent ballots.
My concern is that the top executive spots (Governor, Secretary of State, Attorney General) are all Democrat controlled in Pennsylvania as well as Michigan, Wisconsin, Minnesota and North Carolina. Too much opportunity for shenanigans. Republicans need to win by an amount beyond the margin of theft.
Should a State that is admitting right up front that they are totally incompetent and Unable to tally the Votes on Election Day, remain a State??
Hell, even here in the godforsaken tarnished hellhole of a State California, the votes will ALL be counted by Midnight.

Once they figure out how many votes they’ll need for a Biden win it will take several days to print them up.
