Dr. Pieczenick claims that election ballots across America have been watermarked and the Democrats will be exposed when they attempt to cheat!

I’ve heard this is an internet hoax. Is this a reputable source with more than just hearsay?
I understand the states could request as much paper as they wanted; if they were smart they would be able to print as many ballots as they needed to cheat.
Wrong. This did not happen.
If true, it’s time to prove it. I have serious doubts that this will pan out.
1. America’s enemies could have stolen ballots from the mail and filled them out.
2. America’s enemies in the Deep State could have shipped watermarked ballots to their allies to be forged. With Comey, Brennan, and Clapper in on the continuing coup, we know there are others still on the inside.
It may be an Internet hoax, but it should’ve been done.
I thought that states controlled the printing and distribution of ballots.
This would require a federal effort that seems to be lacking.
I’m as hopeful as the next guy but this lack of evidence is beyond frustrating.

Sorry, this is baloney.
The paper could still be watermarked.
However watermarking all paper for all ballots across the country would be impossible to keep secret. If this is true it would logically only affect some locations considered high probability targets of Biden’s bragged about voter fraud machine.
This is a hoax. For starters, Democrat activist politicians control the ballot process in many states. It would be impossible to sneak that past any of them.
