The man alleged to have rammed his car into Edmonton police station in London before lighting the road outside on fire snapped after being hit with a £10,000 coronavirus fine, according to reports.
The 45-year-old suspect, who can be seen pouring petrol on the road outside the station just a few feet from occupied cars and buses before lighting it on fire in video footage shot by members of the public and shared on social media, was detained by officers at the scene and arrested on suspicion of arson and a number of other offences.

I’m thinking that he is going to think that £10,000 was getting off light after the new fines are added . . .
and rinos from OH, MD, TX
What’s the GoFundMe address?
Organizing peaceful protests or going to church?
snapped
I expect to see more of this as the lockdowns continue.
Too bad he wasn’t a moslem...he would have gotten a good scolding instead of a £10,000 fine.
Poor bastard. Now he’s going to jail, and if he’s white (and he sounds white, this has Falling Down written all over it) the Muslim will destroy him.
Ten thousand pounds? However much that is, it’s definitely not enough. /s
And I am not sure about a news source that spells “offenses” as “offences.”
Just like I told my children, “I will NOT have the word ‘zed’ in my house. It is Z. A letter, not a word.” LOL!
All Trump's fault if you listen to Fredo's big brother...and others.
Of course, they have no defence for that...:)
And we took “U” out of our spelling as in colour.
All these Euro style socialist states are crazy.
Once they lock onto a target, global warming, the gay agenda, it doesn’t matter what... they go nuts with it.
Why? You have these massive government bureaucracies that of course have a massive government invasion into the private sphere of family, religious, property, personal security and financial matters.
So, when they decide Covid is an issue, they go stupid with it, just like they went stupid with Global Warming and thought themselves as better because they were passing laws against expressing skepticism against it (freedom of speech was seen as a public threat), or went crazy with idiotic recycling programs years past where neighbors were turning in neighbors that were not “following de rulz.” or, or or
But one thing remains constant. No matter what the fad or trend of the day is, they always see themselves as smarter and better because they can all line up and march lockstep together much better than us in the US. Tomorrow when the next big fad hits, they will all stand around and say the same thing they read in Der Spiegel the night before and think they are smart and good people because they all agree and try to outdo the person next to them when it comes to how closely they can follow the rules. God help us if one of them decides a certain religion needs wiped out. Oh wait... They never learn. Big “gubbermint” to them is a good thing.
I think it was a brilliant form of protest. They have essentially bankrupted the man so he got his opinion of it out to the world and will get three hots and a cot instead of starving to death in the streets.
Get ready to see a lot more of this because you can smell revolution in the air.
And a new and probably better car.
Possibly a nicer government paid for home.

Scolding? He woulda gotten a stipend and full boat scholarship to Oxford.

Obviously attending church, along with their Amish friends.

LOL! Literally, FRiend. :)
No kidding! Why have an extra, unneeded letter in a word? Really don’t get the point.
Have a nice day, FRiend. :)
