Dominick Black, of Kenosha, Wisconsin, has been charged by the Kenosha AG with a non-existent crime, for what appears to be political purposes. The crime is supposedly giving a gun to a person under the age of 18, which resulted in a death.
Fortunately for Dominick Black, there are clear exceptions to the law. One of them is any person who is at least 16 years old, as long as they are not violating any of the three other laws, none of which apply in this case. From wisn.com:

A 19-year-old man has been charged with illegally buying a gun used to kill two protesters in Kenosha.
Dominick Black, of Kenosha, was charged with two counts of intentionally giving a dangerous weapon to a person under the age of 18, causing death.
According to a criminal complaint, Black bought a Smith & Wesson M&P 15 rifle on May 1 at Ladysmith Ace Home Center in Ladysmith, Wisconsin.
Ladysmith is more than 300 miles from Kenosha.
Prosecutors said Kyle Rittenhouse, 17, of Antioch, Illinois, gave Black the money used to buy the gun.
The complaint said Black knew Rittenhouse was not legally able to buy the gun because he was not 18 years old.
Black and Rittenhouse agreed to keep the gun at Black's stepfather's house in Kenosha, the complaint said.
Black purchased the rifle on 1 May 2020. Kyle Rittenhouse will not reach 18 years of age until 3 January 2021.
Another issue is whether Black violated federal law in purchasing a gun for someone else. It is illegal to purchase a gun for another person if you lie about it. But the gun was never transferred to Kyle Rittenhouse, because it was kept in Wisconsin, at Black's residence.
Rioters and looters antifa and BLM who have murdered civilians and police officers are free to go, kyle is the enemy he must pay. The poster boy for white supremacy, white privilege, male dominated domestic terrorist, gun rights enemy of the state. They will make an example of him purposely
The full court press by the prosecutor.
Shameful.
> a gun used to kill two protesters in Kenosha.
Correction: A gun used in self-defense against rioters.
In a normal state, this would be a two-day court case max. The video would be played twenty times. Unless you can arrange the jury to be of one single political mind....the kid would never be convicted.
One would think a DA would respect the law above their partisan politics. Must be a Democrat.
And put your mask on!
Sounds more like a straw purchase charge.
Well,Milwaukee surely isn’t normal...and neither is Madison,But apart from those two areas I think Wisconsin is *quite* normal.
I need to move. I can't even buy an AR at Cabellas in Colorado and they have them at Ace? My local Ace is a collection of plexiglass partitions, signs taped to the floor telling you where to stand, and a greasy spot where the free popcorn machine used to be.
yep and he is delegating Rittenhouse case to an ADA- seems like punting state case knowing hung jury- long term is setting up wide net of Fed charging of civil rights violations. - no double jeopardy totally new list of crimes- Kenosha DA banking on the onslaught of new US attorneys looking for notches on their progressive holsters
One of whom was pointing a gun at you.
No straw purchase charge. There is no such law in Wisconsin.
The federal prosecutors have not made any straw purchase charge.
That is put into the mix to confuse the reader, by the Kenosha AG.
Is Biden still being protected from unrehearsed media questions? I haven’t seen him take an unrehearsed media question in almost 9 months. Wonder what they’re hiding?
It seems to me that in any situation where he has not been extensively coached in advance, he comes across as a totally lost and confused buffoon. If not for a complicit media he would be flipping burgers somewhere.
