Isn’t that what we heard over and over on here about Durham?
The SOS recommended that each county set up a process for curing ballots, but it was left to the individual counties as to whether or not to do it as Boockvar lacked the authority to mandate it. The counties in which those two ballots were cast could have set up such a process but did not.
LOL if “ALL” the evidence was presented in lower courts, why is everybody here keep posting they want Sidney Powell to show the evidence?

YES! If NEW evidence surfaces during the period (between lower court hearing and the case reaching SCOTUS), why would SCOTUS not want to hear it?

“The problem, judge, is that evidence shows widespread fraud among the 7 million votes but exactly whose vote was corrupted is impossible to know as this point because the fraudulent ballots are mixed in with the valid ballots.
Unless you can quantify the level of fraud then no judge is going to disenfranchise millions of legal voters.
