Leading into a court case it is often beneficial to keep the opposing counsel guessing about your representation.
My guess is that this is a legal clarification because they believe she might be liable for some of what she has been saying regarding Dominion, Raffensburger, and Kemp.
Next disassociation will be Lin Wood.

If I had to guess-- and it's just a guess-- she couldn't produce the evidence about Dominion she said she had. Or Rudy looked at whatever she had and decided it wasn't good enough to go to court with.

Exactly. She never declared herself as part of the team. She is pursuing her own case. It looks like many on this site choose not to pay close attention...just reactionary.
The electronic fraud is being dropped. Honestly I expected this, there isn’t enough time to present that kind of case to the courts by December 14th, especially without assistance from federal law enforcement.

I suspect it is because they are taking two paths. One with Powell and her team and the other with Ellis and her team. Ellis’ group officially represents the President and Powell represents...?? herself? a group of voters? Or maybe some poll watchers. I’m not sure. But, Powell is an intelligent lady, and the President is an smart man, so I’m sure there is some type of plan here. For them to release this statement shows some type of coordinated plan.
You don’t think Rudy wouldn’t have put eyes on her evidence before letting her represent Team Trump, on that presser podium?
I know several, here, call Rudy a clown, but I would hope he’d have definitely done that prior to the presser.
