she forced their hand. she was beginning to unravel. getting wilder and wilder with the accusations, and we have yet to see anything factual that even resembles a “game changer”.
She’s been doing the kinds of things she did with Flynn’s case - tantalizing hints of big things to come, followed by the sound of crickets. The whole Charlie Brown and Lucy dynamic doesn’t come off well when the stakes are another 4 years in the White House.

Leading into a court case it is often beneficial to keep the opposing counsel guessing about your representation.
My guess is that this is a legal clarification because they believe she might be liable for some of what she has been saying regarding Dominion, Raffensburger, and Kemp.

The electronic fraud is being dropped. Honestly I expected this, there isn’t enough time to present that kind of case to the courts by December 14th, especially without assistance from federal law enforcement.
Every video i’ve seen her in so far label her as being on the legal team.
