Despite Sidney Powell appearing with President Trump's campaign lawyers at news conferences through last week, the Trump campaign suddenly distanced itself Sunday evening from the high-profile attorney who has vowed to file lawsuits of "biblical" proportions to expose vote fraud in the 2020 election.
In a statement from Trump attorney Rudy Giuliani and Trump legal adviser Jenna Ellis, the team said: "Sidney Powell is practicing law on her own. She is not a member of the Trump Legal Team. She is also not a lawyer for the President in his personal capacity."

I think that the Trump team felt they had to move away from the Dominion angle. As someone else said, try explaining software design and behavior to a judge.
But what we do have, is a very fine case for the Supreme Court. Is it okay to intimidate the observers from the other party? Can we throw them out of the building, can we disingenuously tell them we’re stopping for the night when we’re not?
If that’s okay judge, can we bring firearms next time to the counting? What ifwe had a bunch of gang members intimidating observers? Heck, what if we told them we were going to count one place, and we just moved to someplace else - and said ‘Surprise, surprise! We done the counting and we won!!
This is the big issue. There is no question these actions were taken by the democrats to impede the verification of the votes. Thousands were counted after we were deliberately excluded.
The court must exclude these votes. There is no other remedy - we can’t re-vote (constitutionally) and we cannot allow this to go without remedy.

This fundamental right to equal weight was not defended or actualized in this election.

Not a bad idea. That way, Powell’s claims can stand on their own, and the respondents will have to deal with the Trump claims and Powell’s claims separately.

One purely constitutional tract designed to end up in the Supreme Court, the other, Powell’s track, trying to prove the massive voting machine fraud. The constitutional case can be heard and proved without the Dominion fraud. There will be no pulling back on either front but the constitutional case won’t be contaminated if the dominion case can’t be proved in time.
