But if the SCOTUS needs a point of reference to determine what ballots should be discarded due to suspect origins, the moment the stop counting command was issued is the logical point to go to so that ALL ballots after that point are too suspect to be included with the legitimately cast votes up to that suspicious command.
diversity for it’s own sake is simply insisting on judging a book by it’s cover.
