I read this as the Michigan Supreme Court telling this guy his evidence is substantial, and to refile and contest the audit, and if it comes back to them, they will give it to him. This would be a BIG win!
Ping.
For real? Or wishful thinking?
...a win for what ?
For real. Case was refilled today.
Thank You!
Pingaroo.
Followed link and saw nothing about this.
Watch the video.
In a nutshell, Michigan can’t pass the audit. It would be an illegal certification.
This guy filed a lawsuit calling for a recount with audit. I believe this is what it’s about. But watch the video. 7 minutes or so.
I think he filed an injunction to stop the certification. Since they certified the vote before he could get the injunction, the judges basically told him to change his filing to contest the audit, and they would rule in his favor.
My apologies. I never even looked for a video.
In any case I did watch and it would appear if the Justices are as favorable to the Trump campaign which surely has the same evidence this has a real chance to get very, very exciting.
Isn’t John James also contesting his race for the US Senate?
It’s there. The video with Dave Kallman being interviewed by Steve Bannon this morning.
Kallman has had a lawsuit going in MI for the last couple weeks. It was thrown out by a Detroit judge first, then the MI appeals court. The MI Supremes dismissed it because they wanted him to ask for an audit as the only remedy (He was asking for a stay on certification).
In their dismissal, they clearly stated that the EVIDENCE that he presented was “shocking” and “compelling” and wanted him to refile the suit in the lower court for a hearing on the evidence. He has done that and there will probably be a hearing on Monday. Their case here is very solid and the Supremes were clear that they were leaning towards granting an audit.
State or house of reps?
Thanks, I did go back and watch.
John James the Rep running for the US Senate seat for Mich is also contesting the outcome of his race.
This is getting very, very interesting.
thanks for the boom-ping :)
I read that was the case. 8>)
Works for me. Thanks for correcting my statement, as I was doing something while listening and didn’t quite catch it all, accurately, apparently. 8>)
