Why Trump Will Win-“Absolutely frightening” evidence of entrenched fraud
Frontpagemagazine ^ | Nov 25, 2020 | Joseph Hippolito

During his campaign rallies, President Donald Trump proclaimed, "We got 'em all" or "We have it all!" In the coming weeks -- if not days -- Americans will find out specifically what he means.

Those specifics promise to shake Americans to their core by revealing years of entrenched political corruption reflected in electoral fraud.

Lawyer Sidney Powell is providing a preview. Powell, who apparently had been helping Trump's legal team prepare a case against alleged election fraud, told Howie Carr, a conservative radio host in Boston, on Friday:

"We've got a number of smoking guns -- and we may have to get witness protection for some of them. We have a lot of extremely solid evidence. It's beyond impressive and absolutely terrifying."

Among those smoking guns:

-- Hillary Clinton used fraud to steal California's Democratic Presidential primary four years ago from Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders. "When people told him about it," Powell said, "instead of exposing it, he sold out."

-- An employee of the Defense Department, in a conference call that included Sanders and New York Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, told government officials how to commit sabotage in their respective offices. "There were a couple of hundred people on that call," Powell said.

-- China, Iran, Serbia and Liechtenstein played key roles in interfering with the Presidential election.

On Saturday night in an interview with Newsmax, Powell mentioned:

-- Each Democratic candidate in Pennsylvania received 35,000 extra votes. "I would be willing to bet it happened everywhere," Powell said.

-- States recalibrated voting machines after deadlines for modification passed.

-- Machines awarded a value of 1.25 for each vote former Vice President Joe Biden received but calculated every Trump vote at only .75. "You can see the reports of fractional numbers for the votes." Powell said.

-- A former Venezuelan military officer who helped develop the machines testified they could be manipulated. "He knew as soon as the machines were turned off in those key states," Powell said, that massive support for Trump "had broken the algorithm that had been programmed. So they had to stop counting and backfill the vote with fraudulent mail-in ballots or whatever means they used."

This same officer, Powell told Fox's Lou Dobbs on Nov. 16, "was personally in briefings when all of this was discussed and planned, beginning with Hugo Chavez, how it was designed there and then saw it happening in this country." (Emphasis added)

Powell -- who filed a lawsuit challenging Georgia's tabulation Wednesday -- continues to receive severe criticism and ridicule, even accusations of lying. But Powell is subject to the same laws against libel and slander as any other American.

If her assertions against Clinton, Sanders and Ocasio-Cortez, for starters, were found to show malicious disregard for the truth, an ensuing conviction would destroy her reputation and career.

"Sidney Powell is a serious lawyer. She is not going to make a false claim. Period," said Larry Johnson, a counter-terrorism specialist who spent four years in the State Department and 22 years devising anti-terrorism exercises for military special operations.

Meanwhile, Rudy Giuliani, one if Trump's main attorneys, issued this statement Sunday:

"Sidney Powell is practicing law on her own. She is not a member of the Trump Legal Team. She is also not a lawyer for the President in his personal capacity.”

Powell corroborated that release with her own:

"I agree with the campaign's statement that I am not part of the campaign's legal team. I never signed a retainer agreement or sent the President or the campaign a bill for my expenses or fees.

“My intent has always been to expose all the fraud I could find and let the chips fall where they may -- whether it be upon Republicans or Democrats."

Trump's team is filing civil cases. Powell approaches the allegations of electoral fraud as a criminal matter.

"We're pursuing two different theories," Giuliani told Dobbs on Monday night. Trump's team is concentrating on "misconduct of the election by state officials in at least five or six different states" involving "the deprivation of Constitutional rights for the President," Giuliani said.

So how does Powell know what she knows? As she told Dobbs, "I'm going to release the Kraken."

In this case, "Kraken" is not a mythical sea monster but a program the CIA and Defense Department use to get information about the nation's enemies by hacking computers and cellphones.

The program includes various forms of malware, such as viruses, Trojan horses and remote-control systems -- and even was used against ostensible allies.

In 2017, WikiLeaks released numerous CIA documents detailing "Kraken." They included orders to spy on all major candidates in France's 2012 presidential election, including the incumbent at the time, Nicholas Sarkozy. "Kraken" would provide information on each party's election strategy and each candidate's private conferences and ability to influence political decisions.

The CIA uses another program in conjunction with "Kraken," called "Hammer" (or "Hamr" in the files WikiLeaks released), which Powell referenced. "Hamr" spies on protected networks without being detected.

Numerous plugins accompany "Hamr" to enhance its effectiveness. One, "AngerManagement," targets Android devices. Another, "WildTurkey," tests and refines its capabilities.

If WikiLeaks made CIA documents available to the public, Powell surely could access them and use specialists to translate the code and jargon.

After Powell spoke with Dobbs, reports began circulating about an American military operation conducted to take servers in Germany. At first, many thought the servers belonged to two election technology firms, Dominion and Scytl. Dominion -- founded by Venezuelans -- manufactured the questionable voting machines used in this month's election.

But those servers apparently belong to the CIA, which has a field office in Frankfurt. The State Department also operates a consulate in that city.

"The U.S. military has full authority to do this because any CIA activity in the European theater is being conducted using military cover," Johnson said. "In other words, CIA officers would be identified to the German government (and anyone else asking) as military employees or consultants.

"Such an operation would have been carried out with U.S. law enforcement present to take custody of the evidence. That means that the evidence will be under the control of the Department of Justice through U.S. Attorneys and can be used in court or other judicial proceedings."

Neither CIA Director Gina Haspel nor FBI Director Christopher Wray knew about the operation, Johnson added.

Since Dominion owns servers in Germany and Scytl operates them in Spain -- servers that received raw election data -- "Kraken" could be used to manipulate that data.

If Powell does not represent Trump directly, she works in tandem with his legal team. If so, Trump would have the authority to declassify any information Powell could use.

Such a scenario would explain these comments Powell made to Carr:

"You have to realize how many forces -- including many in the government -- have benefited from this system. They knew it worked the way it worked, and they used it to install the people they wanted to install in particular offices.

"I think the fraud in the election goes much farther than the president. I think they did it to any particularly strong Republican candidate this time around."

In other words, the United States faces its biggest political and existential crisis since the Civil War -- if not in its history.

I hope the author is right, but time is not our friend. Most important, that investigation and prosecution continues in the states. No, all won't, but enough must. Federally, Biden will bury this, Trump should make it a priority.

Every challenge needs to be in court by December 8. Then it needs to be settled by the 14th before noon.

The clock is ticking. This is especially true in states with a democratic court system. They will not speed the process along, leaving little time to run through the Federal System.

I am not passing judgement either way, but ....tick tock.

A federal special prosecutor could be appointed after the first case of mail fraud is proved.

The special prosecutor would be as hard to ditch as Robert Mueller.

If they do not get to the bottom of this vote fraud now every election from here on will be moot. sad but true we will learn the true benefit and meaning of the black market because everything will be taxed or regulated beyond our ability to purchase them. guns, ammo, fuel, food, medicine.

While it is true that the clock is ticking, a technicality should not be an obstacle to justice.

The letter of the Constitution should not be a shield against the subversion of the spirit of the Constitution.

If the fraud is as broad and pervasive as it seems to be, it amounts to a wholesale subversion of the spirit of the Constitution, and SCOTUS must allow justice to prevail, even allowing for changes in the Constitutionally mandated timelines for Presidential succession.

Otherwise all future fraud attempts will succeed if they can use the tight timelines as a "built-in guarantee" against any remedy.

The letter of the Constitution should not be a shield against the subversion of the spirit of the Constitution.

I STILL cannot comprehend HOW Hunter (and by association, Joe) are even occupying a place in US politics on a level with and “equivalent” TO men and women in office, against whom there is NO such hard evidence, fraud, corruption, malfeasance, dereliction of duty, abuse of power....etc.

There are people in slam NOW doing hard time for crimes NO WHERE near as serious as have been proved against Joe and his creatures!

The most minute particle of such direct, personal, long-standing and proved acts and associations MUST exclude Joe altogether. HE ought to have been removed from office LONG AGO!! HE is completely unfit to get anywhere NEAR the WH or US taxpayer revenue!!!

I am not sure that international criminal conspiracy to subvert an election in the United States has a date deadline.

There is a report due on Dec. 18th by Homeland security on the issue. I certainly will reserve my judgement on events until that report is released. Most Americans I am sure would agree that if accusations approve true, then we must proceed to the 12th Amendment.

“The special prosecutor would be as hard to ditch as Robert Mueller.”

If Trump had fired Mueller there would have been a 24/7 media firestorm and outrage of moderate Republicans in the Senate. He would have been impeached in the Democrat House for obstruction of justice and enough weak RINO Republicans would have voted to convict and remove in the Senate.

If Trump appoints a special prosecutor on his way out, Biden will fire the special prosecutor during his first month and tell the public the best way to deal with the accusation of fraud is to have the states look into it. He might even appoint an official in the DOJ to “coordinate” with the states. The press will applaud. No way Pelosi’s House will impeach Biden even if photos are discovered of him on Epstein’s island. Democrats vote as a block on critical issues. Conservative talk radio will whine for a month. By March/April the firing will be forgotten. GOP politicians will be back to business doing deals for the donor base and enjoying their minority status.

Six months later the DOJ coordinator will issue a report to Congress stating there were a few instances of unintentional minor tabulating errors but no widespread fraud. The press will applaud. A few GOP politicians will whine, telling their constituents they are helpless to do anything due to Pelosi controlling the house. Your email will be deluged with appeals to give the RNC money to defeat Pelosi. Business as usual inside the beltway.

“Smoking guns” and “evidence” are not the problem.

The problem is that there is no one body that can produce the desired result. It must be produced by at least four (possibly five) state legislatures, who would have to (in Arizona’s case) ignore their OWN statutory law, and at least the USSC, which has not yet been given a case, let alone ruled on anything.

It’s not like Team Trump can go to a “court” and there is one result that “overturns” the election.

And everything must be done by De. 8, which I think is just 8 business days away.

I wonder if their “evidence” will also turn any House and Senate seats that may have been won fraudulently.

I would urge the President to use the USAF to commandeer all major television stations and present the truth about China, Biden and the stolen elections to the public between now and Inauguration Day.

First of all, I am not an attorney. However, after 20 years as an Army intelligence officer specializing in counterterrorism and counterinsurgency operations, I went to work for the FBI, DOJ and the White House in a similar capacity and had the opportunity to assist US Attorneys and AUSAs in understanding complex evidence and preparing major cases for trial. There are a lot of misperceptions and misunderstanding about how the progression of cases from state to federal courts really works.

While time is short, there is plenty of time for Team Trump’s attorneys to pursue their efforts under Article 2, Section 1, Clause 2, which relegates responsibility for election law to state legislatures - there is no constitutional role for state executives or state judiciaries, and the 14th Amendment (equal protection). Sydney Powell’s pursuits clearly focus on felonious behavior, which will clearly take a great deal more time and involve multiple state and federal jurisdictions.

With respect to what she has stated, Sydney Powell, one of the most respected attorneys in the country, would not have said what she has without very solid evidence. Her comments and more have been echoed by Atlanta attorney Lin Wood, who is probably the most highly-regarded libel attorney in the country. Lin has stated openly that Georgia Governor Brian Kemp and Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger are corrupt and he can prove it. Strong statements for a highly-experienced libel attorney.

I have no idea to what extent Powell and Wood are working together, but it’s abundantly clear that they communicate. I fully expect that their efforts, Powell’s being nationwide and Wood’s focusing on Georgia, involve a broad range of felonies, from official corruption and kickbacks to outright manipulation of election results and related fraud of various types.

While I’m not normally a prognosticator of events without a complete understanding of relevant evidence, I strongly suspect that the Supreme Court will ultimately toss this election to the House of Representatives.

I don’t think the Founders could foresee a day in which the majority of elected officials and judges are immoral party hacks.

Yes, those are problems. You could do it with the right three, but I don’t see any states even mentioning the possibility. I doubt the USCC would overturn elections in three states, I doubt they’d overturn any, but there is a state legislative solution if they should. But that remote possibility also presumes three states voting for Trump electors, and every elector turning out to be loyal. Can’t say I wouldn’t like to see it, but I think pursuing criminal activities is the most important thing to come out of this, and I don’t any states stepping up there either.

Particularly the Court most responsible for upholding the Constitution. Naysayers predict the Supreme Court would never meddle in an election that would change the outcome. They have before so why wouldn’t they now? They are in the business of upholding the law, considering evidence, making findings of fact, listening to legal arguments, determining whether or not Constitutional violations have occurred, if harm was done and to whom and granting a prayer for relief.

If they found that there were massive voting irregularities and outright violations of the law and that these things interfered with the outcome of the election or gave unfair advantage to one candidate over another, they would have a legal and moral imperative to provide relief. That is their job.
