Well, I guess it is possible that they are really so intellectually compromised (as Leftists by default are) by their poisonous ideology that they actually believe their own filth they spew.

CNN provided free publicity for Obama and Biden all these years. They covered for Hillary. Their reporting always smelled with Left-wing bias.

I am going to make a guess here, and say that Project Veritas has its bases covered with respect to legal action and that they are on safe ground.
I will also say that CNN is likely just engaging in blowhard behavior, something they do have talent for, and will broadcast that they are suing, the suit is ongoing, there is slander and untruth involved, etc. ect. giving their pathetic watchers in airports the impression that the law was broken to distract from the filthy, anti-American sewerage that issued from their very own mouths.

But when informed by O’Keefe, Zucker suddenly terminates the cal----then tries to slyly eavesdrop on O’Keefe, even though O’Keefe is live-streaming at this point. Zucker looks like an even bigger boob----a clearly witless, frightened two-faced boob.

Yep! James O’Keefe stated that last night on Mark Levin. He told Mark that he just received notification that CNN called the police on him! Looks like CNN is going down!
I heard he even called his nanny......she's warming up a few bottles of formula for Jeff, as we type.
O’Keefe pulled out at the last minute on Newsmax’s Spicer and company show. O’keefe was claiming he had video to show.
Wonder what is up with that.
Just wanted to add CNN thought they were going to get away unscathed from bashing Trump. WRONG!!!!!!!
Good thing O’Keefe didn’t do this in California or he’d be facing criminal charges regardless what the law says.
That is why he should have dumped the whole thing at once. It is possible for CNN to tie up what he has left (which is most of it) in courts for years.
