On Wednesday’s broadcast of FNC’s “Tucker Carlson Tonight,” host Tucker Carlson pointed to evidence that the government officials had lied about the origins and timeline of COVID-19.
The Fox News host reminded viewers the government used the pandemic to take extraordinary measures, and all while the Chinese government did not acknowledge the existence of the virus until December 31, 2019

Maybe the Chinese targeted old people because younger people accept government control more easily. I was a liberal when I was 18.

Tucker was not saying anything related to the severity of the virus or implying that is it isn’t is nasty as we all know it is. The article (and I guess Tucker) is just revealing that the CDC has been testing blood samples from before last December and finding COVID antibodies in them. So Tucker is merely indicating that the virus was here before we thought it was, and, some people likely knew about it.
Perhaps you misunderstood the article.
We had a family member who caught the second wave of Spanish Flu as a child and lived to tell about it.
The nation has seen far worse bugs than WuFlu.
Before the election, I used to watch him frequently. Now, I won't watch anything on that channel. Nothing. They lost me forever.
