“ Roberts is a double agent, a treacherous bastard with no regard for the Constitution. His God is the Deep State status quo.”

Alito issued the Order. The Order is literally one sentence. Within the sentence are the words, “Justice Alito.”

Hence, it is not Roberts. Reading is fundamental.

At this point it doesn’t appear Powell is ever going to get any judge anywhere to hear her evidence.

"...they only denied a preliminary injunction: ie: an injunction issued before the evidence is examined and tested in court.

(Seemed a lot to ask at this point.) Apparently the case is still proceeding.

But many of the "standing" and "laches" based rulings in these election cases have been done for just the reason you said- to hide the evidence.

That evidence needs to be put to the test if America's votes are to be true."

🇺🇸 Very well spelled out 🇺🇸

I’m not that smart. I was hoping you’d have some traces to the original docs posted on the Net. Guess they’re gone...

So is the PA one. There were two requests: one for emergency injunction to stop certification and one for a writ of certiorari for the USSC to hear the case. The emergency injunction was denied for a few logical reasons, first being there was no harm that would befall the plaintiff if it wasn’t granted.

The court has not made a decision on whether or not it will hear the PA case. They may dismiss it, in favor of the TX case or they may bundle it with the TX case.

“The PA case was about the state Constitution being violated by the Legislature, while the TX case is about the Legislatures being violated by the Executive branches. At least that is my understanding in a nutshell.”

Not sure about that. But IF that were the case ... a SC that doesn’t care about a State Constitution being violated by a State Legislature also probably doesn’t care about a State Legislature being violated by a State Executive branch.

SC does seem to get interested in cases involving inequality of some sort. However in the Texas case we have one or more states protesting how other states conduct their elections. The fact the Supremes took the case at all is slightly encouraging.

What would be the possibility of some disinfranchized patriots of PENN filing a joint suit to the USSC as Texas has done today?
Please bear in mind I know nothing about legal matters...

They wouldn’t be “overturning it”. They would be ruling against an obvious fraud. The Democrats have not “won” anything. They have committed theft.

And don’t be so sure. It’s pretty much going to be civil war if the Supreme court rubber stamps this fraud and they may ot want that. It’s also doubtful they want to experience their court doubling in size.

They have a lot of motivation to do this right. They just need a solid legal reason to do so...and Texas just gave it to them.

He’d be over 12 other judges.

No. The commies already said they will have the Justices rotate into the various lower courts. That’s sort of like the idea that *intellectuals* need to do actual labor in the fields.

Likely the new court will have rotating Chief Justices.

Nothing of any of our former institutions will be allowed to remain untouched.

The US Constitution gives deference to State Legislatures to select electors, and is the basis of the Texas suit, plus in several states as you noted. The case about the state Constitution taking precedent over the state Legislature clouds that. Hope that explains it, I've been distracted some. Thanks and good to hear from you!

The Texas is not only independent, it’s philosophically quite different.

And more likely to prevail.

IMPORTANT POINT REPORTERS ARE MISSING IN PA SUIT:

The Supreme Court only denied emergency injunctive relief. In the order, it did NOT deny cert.

@MikeKellyPA’s suit is still pending before the U.S. Supreme Court.

>>> This Supreme Court will not overturn a national election.

This was NOT a national election.

It was an international coup.
