This is only one part of the Pennsylvania lawsuit.
Whenever you file suit you always include a statement saying “give us what we want right now”.
That was the only part of the lawsuit that was dismissed.
Are you clear on this yet? Scotus only denied one part of the suit. Not the entire thing.

What these intellectual superpowers fail to explain is how, if blackmail is being used, can it be effective if almost everyone on FR knows about it, along with a bunch of other web-sites mentioning it? Blackmail needs a modicum of secrecy to be effective.

Unfortunately, 99% of America has a short memory, even to remember Roberts’ blackmail about his illegally-adopted Irish kids. I once had high hopes for him on SCOTUS.
