That alone should tell people all they need to know, but these
days there just aren't enough thinkers around.

Isn't it interesting how they say we only do what we do, because we listen
to Rush or watch FoxNews, when it is they who only do what they do
because their professors or politicians told them to.

We know history and agree with Rush because of it.

They know no history and fall for just about anything
because of that.

If they try, could the Supreme Court rule that a law expanding the court is unconstitutional because it would turn the court into a rubber-stamp for either Congress or the President, rather than an arbiter of the legitimacy of their actions?

Keep in mind that both Biden in Harris are sociopaths, and will lie without restraint or shame depending upon the mood of the moment.

The leftists will demand it and Pelosi and Schumer will allow it.

No, the Constitution did not set a specific number of Judges.

If the courts allow the theft of the Presidential election to stand, and if the Democrats manage to win both of the Georgia special election races, then the Democrats would control the Senate. The only question would be if Manchin might oppose expanding the Supreme Court. They might figure just adding two would be enough—5 liberals, 5 conservatives and Roberts willing to side with the liberals whenever they really need him. Of course that assumes that Breyer (b. 1938) and Thomas (b. 1948) will remain on the Court for the next 4 years.

I keep wondering what this talk is meant to accomplish.

1) Red Meat for the Flying Monkeys - We’ll get you all the sodomy you can stand, and kill anything produced up to age eight, so stay with us and be ready to rumble.

2) We really, Really, REALLY don’t want to see 9-0 Supreme Court decisions on this “election”, so stick with us, Tres Amigos and we’ll send relief.

That’s all I can come up with.

That’s certainly true, but “packing” it would turn it into a rubber-stamp for the other two branches of government, which I’m certain is not its purpose.
