Rochester is my hometown. I lived there until I was about 30. When I was a kid, lived on the east side in a lovely 4 bedroom house. The school was 10 houses away...right next to the neighborhood store. The school was top of the line...as were the teachers.
We took the bus to the beach and uptown and walked to the Public Market. It was a glorious youth.
Now, I roll up my windows when going through the city....in hopes of deflecting a bullet.
