SHREVEPORT, La. — Congressman-elect Luke Letlow has died after contracting COVID-19 last week, according to his campaign manager Andrew Bautsch.
Letlow, who just turned 41, was getting treatment in the intensive care unit in Shreveport, according to an announcement on his Twitter page last week.

Also true for influenza.
In the USA, several hundred completely healthy adults and children die each year from influenza.
The influenza mortality number would be 4X or 5X times higher if we classified flu deaths with the same method the CDC classifies COVID deaths.
For instance...
100% of COVID + pneumonia deaths are classified as COVID deaths.
Less than 10% of influenza + pneumonia deaths are classified as influenza deaths.
I question the 0.2% death rate. Taking the official data at face value, with 20 million Americans infected and 340,000 dead, the death rate is closer to 1.2%
That would translate to nearly 4 million dead Americans if the spread is not checked.
Healthy young people dying is not propaganda garbage it is fact. The question I answered asked what the comorrbidities were or if it was malpractice. Sometimes the answer is neither. Enough times that anyone greeting covid has seen it more than once. That is fact not propaganda
I did not say young people do not die of influenza. The number may even be higher than the number of going people dying if covid. That is not the comment I was replying to

A friend of mine died of sudden heart attack a few months after having Covid really bad. Before it was known to the world. He threw a clot from his lung to the heart and was found dead at home. He was very fit.
Now that we know more, if early treatment with therapeutics were accomplished, tissue damage would be minimized and events like what happened to my friend or this Congressman would not take place.
By the time one gets to a ventilator it is too late. It’s like an F-35 or F-22 flying to the merge, should not ever happen.
Nobody said that. What has correctly been said is that it us no deadlier than a flu. And that the government reaction is about control not about health. Which has been confirmed by the restriction and bsnnknv of effective therapeutics.
I also just read from someone that he died from a blood clot which was probably covid related. Obviously I can’t confirm.

I’m noticing persistent misinformation here about the number of people who have died this year. The facts are that we are on track to have a record 3.2 million people die in 2020 in the US, roughly 400,000 more than last year. Covid does appear to be real, and it does appear to be killing a lot more people than a typical flu would kill.

Doctors in California are afraid of legal pitfalls and simply tell you to “follow CDC guidelines.” I have no idea what they are doing when you arrive at the hospital.

Terrible news. His doctor confirmed Letlow had no co-morbidities. Young, healthy, vibrant—the world was his oyster. Now his family has to write his obit.
Did his doctor offer him any early treatment? Or was it go home and do nothing.
Nobody has died from any other malady, ailment, disease or medical issue in the last year without being coded as Covid-19.
That does not mean this man actually died from Covid-19. He could have but not necessarily.
He could have died from anything and it would be listed on his death certificate as Covid-19.
Even the CDC publicly admits that only 6% of all reported Covid deaths are actually from the virus. The other 94% are from comorbidities and other medical infirmities.
When are people going to wake up and realize we are being played by the authorities with their own agendas?
IIRC, he had diabetes, was overweight, had hooped earlier in the day.
