Over 100,000 homes will need to be built in England every year as a result of mass migration, analysis from the Migration Watch UK think tank has found.
A new home will need to be built every five minutes until the early 2040s as a result of immigration, representing 57 per cent of all new homes, or 107,400 homes per year, according to an analysis conducted of Office for National Statistics (ONS) figures by Migration Watch.

The working English will have to work harder and take home less money to pay for these houses that will house the new arrivals.

I think it was Churchill’s will, determination and ruthlessness that kept the UK from giving up, not the courage of the average Brit.
Immigration is only one factor driving the need for more housing, Others, equally important, are demographic and social changes including the ageing population, the higher proportion of older people still living independently, and the rise in the number of single-occupancy households.
