Palladino was robbed and critically injured just outside his San Francisco home
San Francisco police have arrested a suspect in connection with a robbery and assault that left Jack Palladino, the famed private investigator who once worked for former President Bill Clinton, on life support this week, according to local reports.
Authorities were also on the hunt for at least one other assailant, the San Francisco Chronicle reported Saturday evening, citing a source familiar with the investigation. The 70-year-old gumshoe reportedly cracked his head on the pavement outside his Haight-Ashbury home when muggers yanked a new camera from around his neck Thursday.

This quote from his wife is just ... odd. "He went out the way he would have liked, in a dramatic confrontation with the forces of evil," his wife, Sandra Sutherland, told the paper.
I’ll have to say that I considered him a very problematic
individual back in the 90s.
He worked for the Clinton’s alright.
I believe Linda Tripp could probably shed some light on him.

Should be SAH?
Is this the same ‘fixer’ that Hannity over-talked and sent him into hidding?
I’m in S.F., and it’s not really that strange that Palladino would live in the Haight. From the photo circulating of his home, it’s a grand Victorian not atypical of that neighborhood. That area is home to many rich white leftists who get some kind of satisfaction living in place where their multimillion dollar homes is a block or two from ground zero of the late ‘60s counterculture.
Where was Hitlery at the time of the attack?

The Networks have an agreement they won’t talk about the Seth Rich Murder, but they can talk about this?
Hmmm

“... muggers yanked a new camera from around his neck Thursday.”
I hope all parties were able to dodge the sidewalk poop claymores.
Fixed that: Clinton hired Palladino in the early 1990s to discredit women he’d carried on extramarital affairs with.
Odd there isn't any description of his assailants.
Troops died recently. Pancreatic cancer one week after being diagnosed.
“Was the camera worth less than $950? Did the muggers need the camera?”
Maybe they were after the film.
Typo Tripp.
He was Clinton’s enforcer.
Threatening people and probably much worse.
He deserves lots of payback.
And hope he gets more of it.
update...possibly:
30 Jan: Kiro7: Arrest reportedly made in attack on famous detective Jack Palladino
By Bob D’Angelo, Cox Media Group
Police arrested one suspect and are searching for at least one other person in connection with the Thursday attack on Palladino, 70, the San Francisco Chronicle reported, citing an anonymous source “familiar with the investigation.”...
San Francisco police officials did not confirm the arrest or identify suspects in or out of custody...
Palladino’s high-profile clients have included Patricia Hearst, Bill Clinton, John DeLorean, Robin Williams, Courtney Love and Black Panthers leader Huey Newton.
Palladino had just stepped outside of his home in the Haight-Ashbury section of San Francisco at about 5 p.m. Thursday when a car pulled up and a man attempted to steal the detective’s expensive camera, police and the detective’s stepson, Nick Chapman, told the Chronicle...
“Somebody in the passenger seat tried to grab it and split,” Chapman said. “He was dragged. He fell and hit his head.”
“As the suspect pulled on the camera, the victim fell to the pavement,” police spokesperson Robert Rueca told reporters...
Although Palladino is a skilled marksman, he does not carry a gun, the Chronicle reported. He once told a reporter that he does not carry a weapon because “they make investigators lazy.”

The real Ray Donovan.
He is a thug.
He looks like fr. guido sarducci.
Other than that - to hell with him.
Ah, thanks for the clarification about the Haight Ashbury area. Now it makes more sense that he lived there. In the back of my mind I wondered if he’d fallen on hard times. Guess not.

So in the end he became a Conservative, I take it? A Liberal who’s been mugged is a Conservative.
