The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are Super Bowl LV champions after completing a victory that exceeded expectations and made all kinds of history on Sunday night at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, Florida. In dominating the Kansas City Chiefs 31-9, the Bucs won its second Super Bowl and became the first team to win a Super Bowl in their home stadium. Quarterback Tom Brady secured his seventh Lombardi Trophy, two more than any player in NFL history and one more than any entire NFL franchise has achieved.
Brady's performance at age 43 was nearly flawless, and the suffocating pressure of Todd Bowles' defense was a perfect compliment to the offense's effort. The future Pro Football Hall of Fame quarterback completed 21 of 29 passes for 201 yards and three touchdowns, including a pair to his long-time favorite target in tight end Rob Gronkowski and another to wide receiver Antonio Brown. He calmly distributed the ball to his cadre of pass catchers and was especially successful over the middle. Brady and Gronk now have 14 postseason scoring connections in their legendary careers.
The Bucs forced the Chiefs into their worst offensive performance of the Patrick Mahomes era as Tampa Bay's defensive front completely controlled the line of scrimmage through all four quarters. Mahomes was under siege all night, alternately firing the ball into the ground and having to tuck and scamper away from the relentless pressure. Mahomes took three sacks and threw two interceptions on tipped passes. Even those figures undersell the degree to which the Bucs made his life miserable. He ended the night with 270 yards passing, much of which game in garbage time, while being held without a touchdown for just the second time in 56 games since taking over KC's starting job in 2018.

Well, it is the morning after so I guess the chiefs really won 92-31.
And the opioid of the people goes merrily along.
The only racism that exists today in the US is systematic racism against caucasian people that is perpetuated and enforced by governments at all levels.

Tom Brady Seemingly Accused of Foul Play in Possible Racial Slur Hoax
We haven't had the NFL on in this house in a few years. This year we added NCAAF to our won't see TV list.
You know what?
They made it easy for us.
Me and the Mrs. watched the 1940 version of Gaslight. I heard there was a football game that was going to be played but chose something better to spend my time watching!
Those cardboard people don’t even have paint on masks! Sounds dangerous to me.
After no sports in a year on TV I tried to watch some college football bowl games. I can no longer tolerate the sports doofus commentary and play by play. Never bothered me before but when I do watch now, no sound.
I spent some time on my own personal super bowl yesterday, and I expect to do the same today.
TCM had Hitchcock’s The Birds on yesterday evening. Always look for Hitchcock’s cameo when he is walking out of the pet store that Tippi Hedren visits, lol.

“Did the cardboard cutout people behave themselves?”
Were they all wearing masks?
If not, they were a reminder of normal life.
And, masks on them would have been as effective as the masks on the live attendees.
One ran on the field....
“Brady’s performance at age 43 was nearly flawless...”
Old age and treachery defeats youth and skill!😎
He’s a great quarterback but also the luckiest bas*tard in the history of sport. From the ruck rule game, to the Atlanta collapse, to the Seahawks failed goal line pass play, to the worst game of Mahomes career. None of that was foreseeable, and none had anything to do with Brady. Talented opponents suddenly forgot how to play against less than epic defences.
Didn’t watch the game, but Mahomes’ stat line is bizarre, considering the Bucs did nothing on their first two drives and gifted the Chiefs the opportunity to take an early lead. Was Mahomes Bell still rung from his concussion?
Me too, and my favorite NFL player Gronkowski's two touchdowns was icing on the cake......
Actually the name of the movie was just "Rope". Not one of Hitchcock's best but still a fairly good movie. Ditto for Jimmy Stuart's performance.
You forgot Green Bay's bonehead decision 2 weeks ago to go for the FG on 4th and goal with less that 3 minutes to play
That's what I did. As a Stiller fan, I had no real interest but I confess I was rooting for Brady.
As much as I loved the old time Steelers, I am forced to say that Brady is really the GOAT of all pro sports.
He doesn't need anyone's approval, just look at the numbers.
These are real numbers {7 Super Bowl victories at age 43}, not kojak phony numbers.
Yeah about a bunch college students justifying murder. For some reason things haven’t changed much when you think about it.
