Back in April cuomo bragged about the amount of people being buried in new York's Potters Field. I wondered why so many? Didn't these people have families? Who was he burying?

I found an article. Apparently there was a 30 day wait for the burial to take place. cuomo changed it to 15. Why the rush? My friend is a Funeral Director. He said that chinaflu bodies have to be cremated. Why is cuomo burying them?
