My feeling is if trump didn’t sign the insurrection act before leaving office and the military is not in full control now and in march or early may the storm doesn’t arrive. We are truly done. We layed down and allowed this to happen what is that telling them?

Not just that. The Dems are dunking on us now and bragging about running a shadow government the past 4 years. And what is the GOP Senate doing about it? Nothing. Rubber stamping Biden’s Senate confirmation picks. Had candidate Trump done that the Dems would have Congress on lock down for months and then impeached him again.
People keep saying nothing was done as if there were a great something that does things.
I believe you are the only one here who grasps the enormity of the problem. The Dems are doing everything under the sun to cause the split of the GOP. A new, third party will assure their control forever. Letting things string along as usual will assure their control forever. We have to cut the rotten wood out of the party, we cannot continue electing spineless whores who won’t fight for this country. I agree, we’ve probably past the point of no return, we are on our way to being a socialist dictatorship. We’ve played nice and “commanded the moral high ground” for too damned long.
