Rep. Liz Cheney said Wednesday that former President Donald Trump should have no role in the future of the Republican Party or the country.

The No. 3 House Republican denounced Trump after she was asked at a press conference if she thought it was appropriate for Trump to be speaking Sunday at the annual CPAC event.

“That’s up to CPAC. I’ve been clear on my views about President Trump and the extent to which following Jan. 6, I don’t believe that he should be playing a role in the future of the party or the country,” she said.

That is a strange looking painting of the warmongering Cheney clan. The likenesses are good, but they look like cardboard cutouts that were arranged in front of a background (including the dog).

It's also odd because Lynne should be seated where Liz is and Dick's hands should be on HER shoulders.

Has anyone seen an approval poll of both Republican voters and all voters in her state (Wyoming, right)?

I’m confident she’s going to get primaried. But, I’m worried she’ll pull a Murkowski and run as an “Independent Republican” with Dem support after she loses in the primary.

Also, I think it’s really quite telling that the Cheneys and the Bushes don’t seem to understand how finished their respective families are with GOP voters. They’re oblivious to what GOP voters actually believe and want.

Liz' public statements are just her way of auditioning to become a permanent resident of The Swamp.

Surely she doesn't actually want to represent people who have to do real jobs for a living.
