If Cuomo is forced to resign, Kamala could arrange for one woman after another to come forward with allegations against Biden hoping he would also have to resign.
Her silence indicates that she is behind the charges.
Cuomo is in trouble and she's probably happy about it, but she's going to let the scandal run its course and not interfere. That doesn't mean that she started it. She and Biden are both just figureheads.
