Isn’t it interesting that there is no mention of citizenship? One article implies Khater was arrested in New Jersey and Tanios in West Virginia but they are not referred to as “of West Virginia” or “of New Jersey” as reporters usually phrase things. Are they even citizens?

Apparently Tanios had bear spray on him but wasn’t the one who used it. Khater told him to give it to him and it was after that bear spray was used on cops though it is unclear if it was the exact same can.
