New Data Show 92,367 Mail Ballots in Nevada Went to Wrong Addresses—in a Single County

Hindsight is 20/20, and now numbers from the 2020 election show how Nevada made a mistake rushing to automatic mail ballots. Dirty voter rolls combined with automatic mail made the 2020 election a mess in Nevada.

Concrete post-election data show that 92,367 mail ballots sent out by Clark County election officials came back as undeliverable. They had incorrect or outdated addresses.

That means they were sent where the registered voter did not live. That means someone else could have snatched those misdirected live ballots. That means someone probably did.

This unfortunate number is unwelcome considering President Joe Biden only carried Nevada by 33,596 votes. Clark’s 92,367 bounced ballots demonstrate a real vulnerability with mass mail balloting.

That’s just Clark County where Las Vegas is. The number of ballots that went to the wrong addresses statewide is most certainly much higher.

It is true that these ballots ultimately bounced back uncast. If nothing else, that’s a lot of wasted paper and postage. But how many ballots never came back because there wasn’t yet clear information about the registrants who had died or moved away?

More importantly, sending 92,367 ballots to the wrong places was a gamble our system of electing leaders should not be making.

Remember, last year The Public Interest Legal Foundation, an organization I am affiliated with, documented through video that ballots were mailed and cast from vacant lots, abandoned mines, liquor stores, and casinos in Nevada.

Nobody should want tens of thousands of ballots floating through the mails to destinations unknown. Elections don’t run well when voting is scattered and distant from election officials. The 92,367 bounced ballots demonstrate slack in the system.

Never mind all that, Congress is considering making it worse.

Steven Crowder (of Louder with Crowder fame) had interns track down several of the addresses in Las Vegas that voted but the addresses didn't exist in either Google Maps or as a valid delivery address in UPS.

Doesn't sound like a bug. To the Left, this was a feature.

Much easier to do large election fraud.

What was more concerning are those who actually voted with empty lots and such as their address (see Steven Crowder). If they voted by mail, how? They tried to update addresses after Steven Crowder showed bad addresses and still got some wrong. No concern from the election officials about someone voting from an address that does not exist.

They don’t want them floating through the mail. They want them sent to ballot harvesters who fill them out and return them.

As a side note to this thread, please consider the following.

Patriots first need to get their state lawmakers up to speed with the very limited, constitutionally enumerated powers that the states have given to the federal government, one of the fed's main domestic policy powers actually to deliver the mail, most federal domestic policy based on stolen state powers imo.

Patriots then need to make sure that state lawmakers understand that the federal funding that they regularly beg from the federal government for their respective states is actually state revenues that corrupt, post-17th Amendment ratification Congress has stolen from the states by means of unconstitutional federal taxes, taxes that Congress cannot justify under its constitutional Article I, Section 8-limited powers.

"Congress is not empowered to tax for those purposes which are within the exclusive province of the States." —Justice John Marshall, Gibbons v. Ogden, 1824.

Next, patriots and state lawmakers need to lead citizens to exercise their voting muscle to primary career lawmakers and elect new federal lawmakers that will respect the fed’s constitutionally limited powers. (Turn off the Internet after voting places close on Election Day.)

After these things are done, DC will no longer be a cash cow for the crooks and they the crooks will lose interest in DC imo.

And to make such changes permanent, patriots also need to support their state lawmakers in repealing the 16th and ill-conceived 17th Amendments.

Just today alone, the headlines are filled with news stories indicating widespread voter fraud and a stolen 2020 election.

All of it meaningless, of course, if nothing is done about it.

from the link in the article...

Historic Context
According to the U.S. Election Assistance Commission Surveys spanning the 2012, 2014, 2016, and 2018 General Elections, the entire state of Nevada reported only 5,863 mail ballots returned undeliverable in total.

The numbers in the chart in here still don't add up
https://publicinterestlegal.org/files/NV-2020-General-1P.pdf

They reduced the number of mail in ballots sent for the General election by 48,037 and that reduced the number of undeleivered by 131,102 ?

While it is a sign of a seriously flawed system, I’m not so sure the latter part follows from the former.

If they came back, and were logged as coming back as these were, then they were taken out of the system - at least the ‘wild’ part of the system.

It’s the other mistakes where they inappropriately went to addresses where they were not returned that is this type of problem.
