There is absolutely no constitutional foundation for this kind of system. As many have pointed out, this would be an ENORMOUS fist step towards adopting a China-like ‘social credit’ scoring system, a system that allows or disallows certain activities and freedom of movement based on behavior.

I would count on Judicial Watch & Tom Fitton to file a massive class action lawsuit against such a ‘passport’.
I don’t have proof of the vaccines I received as a child. I think those medical records are lost on microfiche somewhere. I asked some childhood friends if they have theirs, and they do not. My children have their records thanks to me keeping them for many years and through many moves. I don’t know if husband has his. Amazingly, we have lived without vaccine passports all this time.
