They say this guy (rhs) offed himself two days after Ashley Babbitt's murder. Compare the two pics and note similarities in the profile of the forehead, the hairline, and the hair color.

Consider the long term ramifications (assuming it was him) of the DC cops revealing and defending the actions of this monster (the shooter, identity unknown).

In fact you may well wonder, did Howard get some help in his last act? It's a deep pond, afterall.
