The repairs may be made, perhaps they'll move into a different spot, but chances are pretty good that they're building a new one already, and as they build it, unwittingly incorporate the next booby traps in the form of compromised components. There's probably more kaboom waiting in this newly wrecked facility, this was just the one that got done first.
