McALLEN, Texas (Border Report) — Travel restrictions between the United States, Mexico and Canada to control the spread of COVID-19 will remain in effect until May 21, the Biden administration announced to the “disappointment” of at least one South Texas congressman.

This means that only those deemed “essential travelers” or workers are allowed to cross into land ports. These are the same restrictions that have been in place since March 2020 under the Trump administration.

“The restrictions outlined in the Notifications are temporary in nature and shall remain in effect until 11:59 p.m. EDT on May 21, 2021 unless otherwise rescinded by the Department of Homeland Security,”

Illegal border crossers from Mexico will be considered “essential travelers” no doubt.

The US government has the means, the incentive, and the necessary legal authority to stop this flood of raw COVID-19 Wuhan virus carriers from entering. What they lack is the willingness to act.

This borders on malfeasance of office, which would be definitely grounds for impeachment of both Joe Stolen and Chameleon Harris, but there is also no willingness to pursue this redress for the harm done to the US.

The bunker mentality has settled in. Them versus us.

Yes, because a "rally" will surely get their attention.

There’s a different set of rules if you fly. Makes total sense because the CPP virus differentiates between different travelers and whether you enter the country illegally or not. It’s one damn smart virus, and everyone that works for the government is simply brilliant.

The border governors need to shut down all roads to and from the border indefinitely..only inspected freight.

We can’t travel, but illegal immigrants aren’t even deterred.

Covid 19 my arse. If people can’t see the stupidity and hypocrisy in at least this, then fall the Republic. We’re too stupid as a nation to survive.
