The judges are in for life. They are free to make error, that what appeal courts are for. Those are free to make error too.
This is what is referred to as “rule of law.” It is performed by humans. Humans who have and enjoy POWER. How dare you question their integrity.
FWIW, the legal process here is being abused, as it was against Flynn, Trump, and many others.
I daresay anyone stupid enough to storm a building, much less a federal building, unarmed, should not be called "Patriot". And, these are the same types that LOVE suggesting there will be some kind of retribution if the feds "Molon Labe". Well, they are coming for more than your guns. They are coming for you. Would you not exercise your freedom then, too? If they can't do it now, they'll never do it.

The left routinely breaks the law and gets a free pass. Why are conservatives quietly and politely accepting it?
I no longer give a damn about the laws in this country.

My god, the naïveté of some Americans is frightening. There is NO FAIR PROCESS for conservatives.
The subhuman, seditious leftists break every law and get a free pass. Conservatives jaywalk and are violently persecuted.
The US “Justice System” is unjust, controlled by the Marxists and deserves nothing but hatred and contempt.
But this is no different than what goes on in any other corrupt, third world, Narco state.

Legal? These people have been refused bail hearings.
Some are allowed 1-2 hours of sunlight, the rest of the time they're kept in solitary-- in a dungeon. This prison is purportedly one of the worst.
There is little if any outside contact.
The jailers are doing this to extract confessions, pleas, if you will. Upshot? A particularly cruel form of psychological and physical torture.
Amazingly, these patriots have not bent to their will.

Didn’t look the least bit like an insurrection to me.
They showed the courage of our convictions. If we do nothing even now— then we fully deserve our shame.
The question is, how can we support them and their families.

Maybe, but to what good? Now they are in prison and can't do a doggone thing.

The point is, we could organize some support and appeal for their freedom.
