The far worse are instantly released on no bail, i.e. rioters, looters and burners and all criminals in NYC. And no charges for the rioters, looters and burners, a.k.a. B-urn, L-oot, M-urder.

BLM did do that. They are not arrested. People who committed no violence are arrested and detained with no bail.
Where is the money? Lawyers eat too.
How can we organize something to relieve those imprisoned?
Are there any FReepers who know how to organize a way to collectively lend moral and financial support to these harrassed people? I can't do more than contribute: I haven't got the know-how to lead.
Yes. Being held without bail for trespassing, if they were, does not seem to be the "legal process".
Just more proof that we no longer have a real, honest jusicial system, just a political judicial system.
But all of the traffic blockers and looters/rioters are still walking free.

Even if what you say is true, that statement still does not fit the current circumstances.
Do you know how many hundreds of political prisoners are still being held in jail without a fair hearing? Without a trial?
And how many THOUSANDS of real anti-American terrorists have been excused for BLMing in cities accross the nation?

At least some of those who entered were allowed in by Capitol Police. If there’s an officer standing right there, at an open door, and he says nothing, that person shouldn’t be arrested and tried. Period.
Yeah, everyone is supposedly guaranteed a fair and speedy trial. So, why are some of these defendants being kept in solitary and being denied basic bail? Everyone involved in this constitutional travesty needs be put into devil’s island.

did they do? Rounded up the native Americans (Indians) and
put them on Reservations. They then brought Africans to the
new land to plow the fields, harvest the crops, tend the house,
wash the clothes and cook the food.
And now we are into today's environment. A 100s years or
so in the future people may be living on foreign planets. Who
knows what all will be. We have a life span of less than a
100 years but the world goes on.
On November 15, 1969, I was in Washington with about 500 000 other people assembled to petition the government for redress of grievances.
There were no concrete bollards at the Capitol then, no fences, no "visiting hours".
You could enter the building, walk everywhere (except the House and Senate floors), knock on anyone's door, ride the subways to the House and Senate office buildings unmolested, see your Member or Senator if they were in, and in general act like the place belonged to you - which, of course, it does.
The White House was surrounded by a triple ring of buses and 15th and 17th streets north of Constitution were blocked by the National Guard.
But the Capitol was wide open all day and all night. And, there were more than a few people there who were not very tightly wrapped.
The changes since then are amazing. The people who work in that building are actually afraid of us - and maybe they are because they know something we don't, like, what they are really up to in there.

“Say” versus “do”! What a crock! Looking across the country, how many scumbag liberal “protesters” are being prosecuted for simply being in the area? Our protesters are being dragged into this melee for simply being IN THE AREA outside of the buildings! Blocks away!

What insurrection?
An insurrection is a well coordinated attack with truck and guns and a specific goal of lopping off the head of the president and taking over all institutions of government.
This group of well intentioned patriots who just wanted their voices heard walked right into an ATIFA led trap.
Pelosi’s laptop is still floating around though. Which has her FAREEKED the FK OUT.
Wait until that surfaces.
..and charges against antifa for burning, looting, threatening, assault and terrorism are continually being dropped.

What you say would work in a nation of laws.
And many people who entered the building had nothing to do with the initial violence and were waived in by the police. Once inside, they did no damage, but stood around, chatted, and took photos.
