Trump's administration billed the restriction as a transparency measure, but critics argued that it might ultimately do more harm than good for an agency that values such varying scientific data like the EPA.IOW, data that can't be verified, i.e. made up.

an agency that values such varying scientific data like the EPA. Yes--ranging from propaganda to nonsense to malarkey.

So they can accept fabricated garbage that supports the Leftist agenda? Pathetically obvious.

If you believe that, please inquire about a beautiful Golden Gate Bridge I have for sale. It’s on sale this week, but you must act now!

"The move allows the EPA to consider studies that don't make available all data, which is sometimes done to protect privacy change data, make up data, and lie about it." Fixed. Always remember, UPI on the label means that they're not able.

Science at the EPA? Yeah right. Secret or otherwise, they are full of crap. The EPA should be abolished.

Or it’s done to prevent anyone from pointing out the study is bogus.

Scott Pruitt was run out of DC by constant harassment of the left. One of the things used against him was a guard at the EPA tossing out an AP reporter. I enjoyed watching that guard push her out after she refused to go.

Trump's administration imposed the restriction before he left office in January. A federal court threw out the rule in February after a request from new President Joe Biden. The court said a previous ruling eliminated the legal basis for the rule. Note that the UPI propagandist, Zarrin Ahmed, failed to mention that the "judge" at the federal court was a Democrap Odiousbama "judge" - Brian Morris, chief judge for the U.S. District Court for the District of Montana, Great Falls.
Morris is renowned for his Commie Watermelon "rulings" which promote the Commie agenda [shutting down the Keystone pipeline was one].
Zerobama snailed this little black-robed POS into office on a 75–20 vote.

If studies are going to be used to make public policy, then all data must be made available. In this case privacy is BS. With politics seeming to be the basis of everything any more, especially in academia, then all data must be made available so the conclusions can be verified. Academia is corrupt as hell as are governmental departments and their word alone cannot be truste.
