News flash: virus infection rates are independent of vaccines. Proof: the rates of infection are the same in US (with lots of vaccines) and Sweden (with few vaccines).

So the employer is immune to liability.
And will they pay for the adverse reactions, long term medical bills, and funerals of their employees for this decision?
Deaths are not rare at all. Try 17,000 dead so far from all versions of the jabs. The Swine Flu vax was pulled after 53 deaths. The EU is over 13,000 dead and 1 million injured, the US is 0ver 5,100 and 200K injured.

As long as the EUA is in effect they will try to force this on people. They will not stop until the deaths and injuries become too big to hide. Deaths worldwide are over 17,000 so far. Over 1 million have been injured from mild to permanent disabilities. All for a manufactured virus with a 99.9X survival rate with safe and effective treatments readily available. The EUA should not have been granted. The study about HQLK done in Brazil or wherever used lethal doses that killed 500 of 1000 participants. This was used to discredit HQL. The WHO did the study, paid for by Bill Gates who basically owns Moderna, the WHO and the CDC.

I doubt Maryland is a “Right to work State”. I would guess most “health care” workers are in unions.
