The family of Ashli Babbitt, the woman shot and killed during the Jan. 6 riot at the U.S. Capitol, sued the city of Washington this month to obtain the identity of the officer who fired the fatal shot.
The family is also seeking video of the shooting and documents and witness statements from the Metropolitan Police Department, which investigated the incident, according to CNBC.
The lawsuit was filed last week in the Superior Court of the District of Columbia.

You're really expecting a lot from those two losers. They only care about keeping themselves in office, not the murder of an innocent woman. Neither of them respects any of us enough to want to protect our votes, so why would they care that Ashli's death was by the hands of a Capitol Hill police officer?
My local Fox affiliate posted about this and all of a sudden the leftists don’t care about police accountability and talk how this shooting (which no one as seen body cam, CCTV, etc. footage of, etc) was justified and deserved.
If a Washington DC officer shot a unarmed black guy for trespassing they would demand he be arrested, fired, etc. in 24 hours.
Strange, how that works.

I heard here on FR endlessly right after 1/6 and all through conspiratorial Patriot MSM about all of those on the Hill in the mob were simply Antifa disguised. Could not have been MAGA. Reichstag Fire set up and everything. And particularly anybody up on the front lines trying to break down barriers or break glass—as she clearly was, forced entry and what not. They’d clearly be Antifa.
If she’s Antifa, well then, what’s it to us? Why is FR trying to take up her cause? If Antifa then that is only one less of them we have to worry about. Right?
Because they either tacitly condone it.
