Did the media blur out the perp in this pic? I’ve seen blurring a face. And I get that. But blurring the whole body? That is outrageous. If this was done by the media then clearly they are going to the next level of narrative manipulation. I know that narrative manipulation has been going on…but this is next level manipulation. It’s one thing to not identify a suspect. But totally hiding him is maddening.
