I’m not as worried about this as I was at first.

I lived in Sugar Land, Texas for 10 years, which is a suburb of Houston.

Houston has no zoning laws at all, an issue which stuck in the craws of the legal profession because they could not churn those laws for billable hours.

The thing is, land use turned out to be pretty much the same as cities with strict zoning laws.

We’d be better off just abolishing zoning laws than allowing the feral government to dictate them.

I agree. No zoning laws are needed.
