President Joe Biden is attempting to “destroy” American suburbs with the reconciliation infrastructure package, proving former President Donald Trump’s prediction correct.

Trump said during a 2020 campaign rally that Biden wants “to put low-cost housing in the suburbs, and that would mean abolishing, ruining the suburbs. It has already begun. It’s been going on for years.”

Build 10 story public housing building in Beverly Hills and let the woke people who live there deal with it.

Here in Washington, I want to see the homeless in Seattle taken over to Mercer Island or Bainbridge Island for low cost housing. In Bill Gates neighborhood.

The Marxist/CRT revolution cannot succeed as long as there's a middle-class. Destroy it, and indefinite rat power is assured.

Great idea. While their at it, why not build a couple more on Martha’s Vineyard next to Barry and Michael’s estate?

Got a house in the ‘burbs? Sell! Sell now. Get out while the getting’s good. Especially now with the high prices we’re seeing.

Unfortunately, this is advice my wife and I will not be able follow for a couple of years, and by then... it’ll be too late?

He knew all this was going to happen. He was on the inside. He knew they would cheat during the election. I don’t think he realized how many would stab him in the back. Or that the SCOTUS that he put 2 or 3 constitutionalists on would kick the can and not look at the outrageous evidence.

My town was forced to pay a $425,000 fine due to the rejection of a proposed Obama approved low income hi-rise four years ago.

According to the measure, any local government which does not comply with the federal zoning guidelines, meaning “ordinances that ban apartment buildings from certain residential areas or set a minimum lot size for a single family home,” the Department of House and Urban Development (HUD) will cut off funding to that city which the city uses to maintain the its current low-income housing.

More consequences for cities keeping their local zoning laws in place, bucking federal the government’s overreach, would be to punish states by blocking them from “receiving taxpayer funded transportation grants of any kind if they refuse to allow highrise apartments throughout their high density zoning in their suburbs.”

States rely on federal transportation funding to fix local streets and highways.

This is why the constitution restricted the federal government authority. Housing and roads is a State issue.

They are doing it in Bethlehem PA near Freedom High School. They converted what used to be a nice apartment complex into HUD housing.

Now you see the hoodlums and bums walking all around the single home neighborhoods. Graffiti, crime and urban blight to soon follow. Watch the real estate prices plunge.

Andrew Wilkow first talked about this in 2014.

He was way ahead of the curve. Even Rush Limbaugh never mentioned this in detail until recently.

All the conservative think-tanks, columnists, advisers, and Republicans outside of Reagan, Ron Paul and Trump have failed us miserably.

They could have nipped all of this in the bud but they accepted the premise that the feds needed to "do something" about housing and transportation.

And don't give me this crap about redlining or white flight and how it was detrimental to blacks. It wasn't. People want to live with among people like them. It's been that way since the dawn of time. You don't see white families rushing to move to the Austin neighborhood of Chicago, do you?

That was the necessary foot in the door technique the Dems used to push through their Marxist agenda.

Very little of this infrastructure money will go to actual infrastructure.

Don’t accept the money. Don’t accept the changes. The locality that does that will have a flourishing tax base and won’t need the Federal bribe anyhow
