Raytheon Technologies, the second largest U.S. defense contractor, is asking its employees to 'identify their privilege' and 'develop intersectional allyship' in a 'woke' training course, leaked documents show.
Raytheon CEO Greg Hayes spearheaded the campaign called 'Stronger Together' starting last summer, which was revealed through training documents reported by Chris Rufo, a senior fellow at the Manhattan Institute, a conservative think-tank.
The documents instruct employees at the weapons-maker to strive for 'equity' over 'equality', and tutor them on 'intersectionality', a world-view that critics say divides people into different categories in a hierarchy of privilege and oppression based on race, gender, sexual identity, and other factors.

When I was forced to join a union at a manufacturing business, the union local boss would encourage us to promote the union to fellow workers. He even handed out pretty fliers. It was like attending a plastic food storage party. (Don’t ask.)
We never did promote any union crap. It was just more BS that went in one ear and out the other. I suspect this Raytheon missive has about the same effect.
