A number of Deloitte partners will retire comfortably from this boondoggle.

These people do NOT look upon themselves as “servants” of the people. These people see themselves as “masters” AND you can forget the constitution. They do NOT serve us! We serve them!
There’s only one thing you missed in your differences between cattle in a pen and how the Democrats see the Republicans: The Democrats hate the Republicans, ranchers don’t hate cattle.

Not much we can do about it. We speak out against the government. We lose our jobs. So yeah, that pretty much destroys the opposition to the government.

I know that. However, I’m not a “doom and gloom” type when it comes to future elections. 2022 & 2024 won’t be like 2020, no election is ever the same.
You also can’t cut a Federal Budget with people like Susan Collins in the Senate. She folded like a cheap tent during the 37 day government shutdown, her only concern was those hard working bureaucrats in D.C.(sarcasm)
Those Democrat partisans in the Federal government are her “little buddies.”
