The FDA has said that Johnson & Johnson’s COVID-19 vaccine may lead to an increased risk for Guillain-Barré syndrome.
The New York Times reported on July 12 that officials identified 100 suspected cases of Guillain-Barré syndrome, a neurological condition in which the body’s immune system damages nerve cells, causing muscle weakness and sometimes paralysis, that were linked to the vaccine. Among them, 95% were deemed “serious and required hospitalization.” According to the FDA, in most instances, the symptoms of Guillain Barré syndrome began within 6 weeks of vaccine receipt. However, the agency also said that the chance of this occurring is “very low.”
The FDA urged patients to call 911 right away if they were administered the Johnson & Johnson vaccine and experience weakness or tingling sensations, especially in the legs or arms, that is getting worse and spreading; problems with walking, facial movements such as speaking, chewing or swallowing and bladder or bowel control; double vision or inability to move eyes; or any allergic reaction.
Previously, two studies published in Annals of Neurology cited small clusters “of an unusual variant of Guillain-Barré syndrome” following receipt of a COVID-19 vaccine. The rate of Guillain-Barré syndrome in these clusters was approximately four to 10 times higher than the anticipated baseline frequency.

I think the J+J is not mRNA design.
Me thinks this is continuing the push to remove J+J so as to leave nothing out there but the mRNA poison.
On the other hand, didn’t J+J come form aborted fetus research ?
That reaction does occasionally happen with the “seasonal flu” vaccine.
When it comes to abortion linkage no vaccine is entirely “pure”.
But J & J and A-Z are the dirtiest.

My good friend had Guillain-Barré syndrome (not from jab)
and nearly died!
If not for going to the right hospital where they immediately diagnosed it as Guillain-Barré syndrome he likely would have died!
Totally paralyzed, on a ventilator, for several days, then therapy, now fully recovered.

Yes but at FR you should not focus on the twelve million seven hundred ninety nine thousand nine hundred that had no problems at all. Focus just on the hundred so everyone can agree vaccines are evil.

Reaction happens with exposure to viruses and vaccines. In my case, in 1973, there was no vaccine involved. I had an upper respiratory infection and ran a fever. A couple of weeks after I got over the infection, I came down with GBS.
Similar situation with a co-worker. He drove himself to the hospital as feet/legs giving him issues .... a few hours later, he was on a ventilator for a couple of days. Mid-30’s with 3 young kids - very scary for all. It appears if G-B comes on quickly, it tends to ‘leave’ more quickly with less adverse, lingering effects. He made a full recovery, as far as I know.
Earlier this year, a high schooler who was an ourstanding pitcher (getting scholarships, etc) came down with G-B. He was on a ventilator - these were some scary times, but he got off & soon had arm movement with legs following, then went through rehab & is on his way ‘back’. He isn’t pitching yet in games, but is being used as a pinch runner.
G-B occurs after some vaccinations & can also occur after respiratory viruses. Some people are very much disabled by it while others recover partially/fully.
Let’s revisit this after the flu season this year. I am preparing to lose my entire family save my sister and BIL
Did you recover fully? How was it diagnosed? In 1973 the treatment was Prednisone or Plasmapheresis.
