Former Gov. Christine Todd Whitman (R-NJ) said Sunday night on MSNBC’s “The Mehdi Hasan Show” that Republican leaders had blood on their hands over how they have managed the coronavirus pandemic.
Hasan said, “You have GOP governors like DeSantis and Abbott who have allowed COVID to run rampant in their states. You have Sarah Huckabee Sanders running for governor of Arkansas and saying stuff like this.”

And this skeletal corpse is the former governor of a state that imposed some of the most restrictive measures during the COVID outbreak, and yet still had the highest per-capita rates of infections, hospitalizations, deaths, etc. of any state in the U.S.

What about Sweden? They did nothing spectacular about COVID and they have not destroyed their country’s economy and killed off their people.

Is she really a Republican who is complaining about Republicans? Good Lord. DeSantis has been the best governor throughout this mess.
