The average daily number of new coronavirus cases in the US has surged more than 300 percent in the past three weeks — with hotspot states including Florida and Louisiana seeing major spikes in infections and hospitalizations.
The country notched a daily seven-day rolling average of 79,951 new cases Sunday, or a 312 percent jump over the 19,400 rolling-average figure three weeks ago, according to data from Johns Hopkins University.
Most of the new infections appear to be in unvaccinated people, as so-called breakthrough cases in people who are inoculated are not common. Research shows the vast majority of breakthrough cases involve mild or no symptoms either way.

But... but... if so many are “Vaxxed”, then that should mean that ALL those cases have super-dooper low symptoms and there SHOULD BE no concern whatsoever, right?
Only the UN-vaxxed are gonna die, correct?

CASES! Their brains are fuzzy. We were at a local hospital for a couple of days last weekend and no one said or asked about the jab. The masks were required in the general areas of the facility but not once inside the single rooms. Don’t know about the multi bed rooms. No indication of a rise in “cases” at that location. It’s our local trauma center hospital in town as well. Nobody in the ER was there for it and we sat there for 4 hours, so.......
Where is the context? Number of deaths, number of hospitalizations?
Or it could just be the flu. When did they fix the test to know for sure.

Seems that Soros and Gates bought the testing company at just the right time.
Case count is not insignificant.
Every virion (I had to look it up, too, that’s an individual virus particle) is a replication engine waiting to activate. If it gets into lung cells and starts replicating, then because this particular virus replicates so unstable (meaning the new viruses produced are not precise copies), mutations occur.
Most mutations are less worrisome and less dangerous. But it’s a numbers game. The case count growing means there are more and more and more mutation events. Eventually one will be vaccine resistant and more infectious and more deadly.
The only defense against this is to get the numbers down.
Do you all think that they are way over inflating the numbers to prepare for more lockdowns. I knew the masks would come back.
They clearly want more lockdowns. I’m not sure why. I don’t think it’s because of a virus.
I had lunch with some inlaws yesterday who claimed that a hospital or hospitals in Dallas was getting overwhelmed with hospitalizations. When I looked later, all I could find was some hospital in Austin who was being visited by the mayor, and they wanted new equipment. Guess I will have to look again.
Ya know what’s interesting?
A regional hospital has a drive-thru testing line. I’m there almost every day for business. The demand for testing - evidenced by the length of the car line in the morning - has been shown to be a reaction to news headlines (i.e., June/July being very light to nonexistent, vs. VERY long lines in April).
Just curious if others have noticed a reactionary trend, akin to a self-serving prophecy with these erroneous PCR tests.
I’ve already noticed an uptick in the number of cars waiting for tests, as well as the presence of children receiving tests (evidenced by quiet children, then crying children following having the swab jammed up their sinuses).
I fully expect the line to be wrapping around the corner and into the other parking lot by the end of the week; I’ll confirm or deny by Friday.
300 is a scare tactic. It has only tripled. Could be normal fluctuation.
We just came back from a high school church camp on charter buses. It has turned into a super spreader event. My wife has come down with the death virus. Many other students also have the sniffles and cold-like symptoms. All hope is lost. If only they had the vaccine like Pansy Graham.
Amazingly nobody has had colds or flus in 2 years.
“Cases”....whoopee...so people have colds. Some worse than others.
